A modern container terminal on a 40-acre deep-water plot in the Thilawa port zone (Yangon River east bank, adjacent to the Thilawa SEZ) — international jetty, port support buildings and port services, designed for a 300,000 – 400,000 TEU capacity.
27 Energy — Mawlamyine Fuel Stations
Six international-standard fuel stations, each on ~2 acres with six multi-product dispensers, four 30,000-litre double-wall underground tanks, canopy, minimart, restrooms, car wash and 24-hour operation — under the 27 Energy brand.
Tin X Electronics — PCBA Assembly Facility
A phased electronics manufacturing programme starting with a surface-mount (SMT) and printed-circuit-board assembly pilot line in a Yangon industrial zone, expanding toward higher-value packaging and assembly with a technology partner.
Ohn International Hospital
Conversion of a six-storey reinforced-concrete building and heritage villa into a ~100-bed international-standard private hospital, with operating theatres and imaging on the MEP-ready ground floor and wards, OPD and ICU above.
Royal Valley — Pathein Residential Estate
An 18-acre gated estate of serviced residential plots and main-street shophouses with underground utilities, storm drainage, landscaped boulevard, gatehouse and design-control guidelines — modelled on Yangon's best-in-class estates.
KTA Bago Commercial Complex
A 14-unit two-storey shophouse row and two 2-storey rental apartment buildings (52 rooms) on Bago Main Road, delivered by the Group as main contractor with seismic and flood-resilient engineering.
